High Participation 60 Minutes

A healthy exercise routine includes strength training. If you want to get started on your muscles, but don’t know how, this workshop is for you. Learn the basics of muscle anatomy, tips for strength training, and stretching exercises.

Intended well-being goal(s):

  • Gain basic knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of skeletal muscles.
  • Learn simple resistance-based exercises.
