HMSA QUEST members can earn gift cards for eligible prenatal, postpartum, and well-child visits from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2025.
Eligible visits

| Postpartum visit | On or between seven and 84 days after delivery* | $50, one after childbirth |
| Well-child visits | Between birth to 15 months of age | $10 each visit (up to 6 visits) $15 bonus for completing six well-child visits |

Rewards available
- A reloadable gift card is provided to use at participating CVS, Safeway, Walgreens, and Walmart stores.†
- Rewards on gift cards must be used by Jan. 31, 2027.
- The My Health Rewards Program won’t be offered in 2026.
