From May 5-23, HMSA QUEST members will receive an updated HMSA membership card in the mail. Your coverage has not changed. We’ve just made a few enhancements to the card.

• The effective date now shows when your coverage began.
• The third-party liability (TPL) indicator easily identifies if you have any other coverage in addition to your QUEST plan.
• “Hawaii’s Medicaid Program” was added in the top right corner to define QUEST.

Your card has important information about your plan and the phone numbers to call if you need help. Please carry your card with you and present it each time you receive services.
