*Because of certain restrictions, we can offer the services to all HMSA members except those enrolled in:
- Federal Employee Health Benefits Program (Blue Cross and Blue Shield Service Benefit Plan and HMSA Plan 87).
- HMSA Medicare Advantage.
- HMSA dental- vision-, or chiropractic-only plans. (We can offer IDX services only to people who have an HMSA medical plan.)
