QUEST Integration – Hawaii Healthcare Information Network (HHIN+)

The Hawaii Healthcare Information Network (HHIN+) is an electronic communications system that enables users to receive needed information directly and more efficiently. HHIN+’s 24-hour-a-day service provides electronic access to the following information and options:

• QUEST Integration patient eligibility information
• QUEST Integration claims processed and in process
• QUEST Integration PCP member enrollment lists
• Provider directories and fee schedules HMSA Drug Formulary
• Pre-authorization requests and status (excluding precertification requests for radiology services submitted to NIA and rehabilitation therapy submitted to Landmark
• QUEST Integration referrals

Equipment required for running HHIN+ is minimal: a personal computer with internet connection (high-speed recommended) and a current web browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox). Training is provided upon request at no charge.
