Plan Description

With HMSA Akamai Advantage Dual Care, we’ll coordinate Medicare and Medicaid benefits so members can focus on their health and well-being. Members have their choice of doctors and will be assigned a case manager or registered nurse who will help build a personalized plan for the member, designed to ensure the member gets the care and support they need.
