Billing for Multi-channel Blood Chemistry Tests - Non-Medicare-based Plans

When miscellaneous blood chemistry tests are performed concurrently, HMSA "bundles" the tests and pays a single fee. The appropriate 80000 series code from the latest edition of CPT should be billed for each individual test.
