Acceptable Invoice Submissions

Certain services require our providers to submit invoices to HMSA for pricing. Please note that HMSA will only accept and acknowledge invoices that reflect the actual amount paid by the provider. Please indicate clearly on the invoice which procedure code or claim line number the item applies to. If we are unable to determine which line(s) on the invoice correspond to which procedure code(s) on the claim, we will not make payment on the services requiring invoice.
