A new payment system: Employers who have paid bills online via VueBill prior to Sept. 24, 2025, must create a new account to update their payment information and automatic payment settings. For more information, visit hmsa.com/payonline.
If you offer a drug plan to employees who are eligible for Medicare, you must take the following action by Oct. 15.
Federal law requires you to tell your Medicare-eligible employees that their drug plan is creditable. Go to hmsa.com/creditable-drug-coverage for more information and to download the notice. If you have any questions, please contact your HMSA representative.
