 Important Updates
  • Starting Sept. 25, 2025, at 8 a.m. Hawaii time:
    • Online payments:
      We are making updates to our payment system that will impact scheduled payments. Action may be required through VueBill on or before Sept. 24. To find out, please visit eInvoice Connect – Paying Your Bill Online.
    • Phone payments:
      Payment by phone through our IVR payment system will no longer be available after Sept. 24. Payments will still be accepted online, in-person at our HMSA Centers, or by mail.
  • If you offer a drug plan to employees who are eligible for Medicare, you must take the following action by Oct. 15.
    Federal law requires you to tell your Medicare-eligible employees that their drug plan is creditable. Go to hmsa.com/creditable-drug-coverage for more information and to download the notice. If you have any questions, please contact your HMSA representative.
