Changing your plan

  • You can change your plan when you're enrolling for the first time. You have until the enrollment deadline to make a change.
  • After that, you can change your plan every Fall semester.

Canceling your UH/Chaminade Student Plan

You can cancel your UH/Chaminade Student Plan and receive a refund when:

  • You cancel your plan before the enrollment deadline. To receive a refund, please submit a letter requesting your cancellation and refund.
  • You withdraw from school. If you withdraw from school, you’ll no longer be covered by this plan and your claims won’t be paid. To receive a refund, send us a letter requesting the cancellation and refund. We’ll also need a letter from your campus registrar documenting your withdrawal date. Your plan will be canceled the first of the month after you withdraw from school.
