High Participation 60 Minutes

As we get older, terms such as “muscle atrophy,“ “bone loss,“ and “joint stiffness“ become all too familiar in our vocabulary. But with some awareness and effort, we can maintain or even improve our strength and mobility as the years advance.

  • Try stretches and other low impact exercises to move better.
