Heart disease is the main cause of death and disability in the U.S. In this workshop, we’ll look at the most common symptoms of heart disease and their treatments. We’ll explore things the average person can do to avoid or lessen heart disease symptoms, such as lifestyle changes to control blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
