Electronic Claims

 

We encourage you to take advantage of our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services, which include electronic claim filing, electronic remittance advice, and batch and real-time eligibility and claim status. Our EDI system is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

 

 

If you have any questions, please check our EDI Support documents for providers and technical staff, as well as the Trading Partner Manual, Trading Partner Agreement, and companion guide documents.

Hard Copy Claims

You can also submit paper claims for reimbursement. The Claims Filing Highlights will help you ensure that claims are prepared correctly.
