Medium Participation 60 Minutes

This workshop focuses on the psychosocial determinants of weight gain and factors that contribute to our nation’s struggle with weight. We also take a closer look at calories and what they mean to your good health.

Intended well-being goal(s):

  • Learn to adopt healthy behaviors such as eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly to reach their weight loss goals.
