In this workshop, we’ll review key findings for eating, drinking, and being healthier from the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans. We’ll focus on nutrient-dense carbohydrates, healthy fats, and lean proteins.
Intended well-being goal(s):
- Create a foundation of “nutrition awareness” and identify which nutrients to eat more or less of as part of a healthy meal plan.
