Build Your Bones

Low Participation 60 Minutes

Osteoporosis can drastically impact our physical health and overall well-being. Explore ways to build up our skeletons and learn healthy behaviors to help lower your risk for osteoporosis. Complete a “calcium assessment” and assess risks for bone fractures and falls, and learn what bone density tests are all about.

Intended well-being goal(s):

  • Learn how bone mass is lost over time.
  • Learn how to decrease bone loss and monitor progress.
