Medicare Plans

If you are eligible for Medicare, HMSA has health plans with Medicare contracts that are designed exclusively for Hawaii residents. These health plans work with your Original Medicare coverage and provide you with peace of mind.

HMSA is a Health plan with a Medicare contract.

HMSA Akamai Advantage (PPO)

A Medicare Advantage plan with great benefits and low monthly premiums.

65C Plus (Cost)

A health plan that provides benefits beyond what Medicare covers. This is only available to existing 65C Plus members.

65C Plus Drug (Cost)

A Medicare Part D prescription drug plan, and an optional supplemental benefit for members of HMSA’s 65C Plus health plans. This is only available to existing 65C Plus members.

HMSA’s Medicare Rx Plan (PDP)

A Medicare-approved Part D sponsor. This is available only through employer/union groups for Medicare beneficiaries.

HMSA’s Senior Connection

A Medigap (Medicare Supplemental Insurance) plan. Although this plan is not accepting new members, plan materials are available for current members.
